Betel Apartments is a 50-unit Multifamily community in San Francisco, California. Built-in 1976. With 25 two-bedroom, 21 three-bedroom, and 4 four-bedroom apartment homes the community features a landscaped garden courtyard and a community room. The garden courtyard provides a quiet space to warm in the sun or enjoy time with neighbors.
Betel Apartments was completely refurbished in 2015. Units were modernized with new appliances, woodworking, flooring, and ventilation. Upgrades to energy, lighting, insulation, and water efficiency were made. Improvements were also made to the exterior, common areas, and the garage.
The rent paid by residents may vary. Income and Rent Restrictions apply at this community, households may be offered subsidized rent and/or restricted rents to households earning up to 60% of the Area Median Income.
